This website is operated by Prestige Furniture, trading as Bespoke by Prestige Furniture (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and run the website securely:
- Enquiry details you enter in the contact form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the type of project and your message.
- Technical data that every web request contains, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider records this in server logs, and our contact form uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions.
- Accessibility settings you choose on this site, such as text size. These are stored only on your own device and are never sent to us.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. We do this at your request and to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping business records.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. If you do, we keep project records for as long as required for the contract, warranty and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.
Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, and where it applies to you the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it
- stop using it, if you object to our processing
To make a request, call us on +374 33 909 903 or message us on Instagram. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Please also read our terms of use.
